Have you tried Microsoft Project? It’s kind of cumbersome, and might be more than you need, but you might be able to use just the features that apply to you.
It really is a good program once you get the hang of it – if your project gets bigger, you won’t have any problem managing all the aspects with this one.
If you are asking how to set up a project plan – you might want to read a book on project management. There are several on Amazon.com
