Can "project management" be used to take over an organization ?
In the French movie "office space", auditors, essentially phony, were brought in to "performance manage" an organization. Real aim was to seize control of the company. Was "Project Management" successful with Collins submarine project ? I notice the supplier kept changing, from Rockwell Ship Systems Australia, to Rockwell Australia, to Boeing, to Raytheon. Are you saying set to work one of the subsystems and use that as a basis for setting to work the rest of the system ?
